Through your help we will be able further ensure that every member in our organization has the necessary resources to successfully embark on their projects. With the help of your donations, we will be able to fund components such as access to machine shops and maker spaces, materials cost, and designated work space. Roar and Soar!
Space Enterprise at Berkeley hosted UC Berkeley's first ever intercollegiate space policy debate with one of UCLA's largest space organization, Bruin Spacecraft Group on April 8, 2017.
The theme of the debate revolved around the future of space colonization and development. However, the questions focused on issues of property rights and commercialization in space. By exploring possible stances in these areas through debate, we intended to get college students more excited in developing space policy issues and implications.
To emphasize the importance of the debated issues guest speaker Dr. Eugene L. Tu (Center Director of NASA Ames Research Center and Cal Alumni) has spoken on the significance of the debated issues.
